Afiches Fundación Junto al Barrio

Curatoría y producción de una serie de afiches artísticos e informativos para la Fundación Junto al Barrio, organización que trabaja en mejorar la calidad de espacios públicos junto con la comunidad local. La estrategia consiste en encargar un nuevo trabajo visual (fotográfico, ilustración, gráfico, dibujo, etc… ) para complementar información levantada en terreno para que luego se entrega a cada hogar del barrio (entre 400 y 1000 hogares por proyecto!). La iniciativa de afiches busca agregar valor a la comunicación entre JAB y las comunidades donde trabaja como también busca insertar una metodología innovadora al invitar creativos a interpretar el paisaje local para celebrar el patrimonio tangible como intangible.
Los artistas invitados: fotógrafo Francisco Bermejo, artista visual Macarena Silva, diseñador Harol Bustos, artista Michael Edwards, ilustrador Fabián Todorovic, artista Cristian Olivares, y artista fotografa Justine Graham.

Curation and production of a series of artistic and informative posters for Junto al Barrio Foundation, an organization that works to improve the quality of public spaces together with local communities. The strategy consists of commissioning a new visual art work (photographic, illustration, graphic, drawing, etc... ) to complement the information gathered in the field, which is then delivered to each home in the neighborhood (between 400 and 1000 homes per project!). The poster initiative seeks to add value to the communication between JAB and the communities where it works as well as to insert an innovative methodology by inviting creative people to interpret the local landscape to celebrate tangible and intangible heritage.
